Soil and dirt get stuck on that sweat and produce fungus and bacteria and create body odor. Some healthy habits, a little care and discipline can cure your odor. Also, there are different compelling Ayurvedic remedies that cures body odor completely. Sanyasi Ayurveda tells you how.

Turmeric - First of all get rid of body odor you need to kill those microorganisms that develop on special parts of your body and produce body odor. So to kill the germs you require some home remedies that have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Turmeric is such an item. It is maybe the most well-known kitchen item. We use it in numerous food items. But, majority of us don't know that it is an incredible healthy skin care item.

Yogurt, Chickpea Powder And Mustard Oil - Another most common item we find at home is yogurt or curd. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and 1 tablespoon of chickpea powder in a cup of non flavor yoghurt. Blend well and apply the paste on your entire body.

Fuller's Earth and Fenugreek Seeds - Fenugreek seeds have antibacterial and antifungal property. Grind them to fine powder. Take a tablespoon of fenugreek powder and blend it with 2 tablespoons of more full's earth powder. Pour water and blend it to make a smooth paste. Apply this every alternate day on your body. Let it dry and after that wash with plain water. It will help you to get rid of body odor within a couple of days.

Rose Water - Keep your rose water bottle in fridge. After taking bath pour some rose water in a cup and massage it on your entire body until your skin ingest the water. Rosewater keeps your body cool, diminishes sweating and sweet aroma of rose water keeps you invigorated throughout the day.

Cucumber - Cucumber is a phenomenal astringent and it reduces sweating if applied regularly. Grate one cucumber and concentrate the juice. Keep it in fridge. Apply this chilled cucumber juice on your body with the help of a cotton ball to dispose of excessive sweating.

Sandalwood - Sandalwood too has clean, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Take a tablespoon of sandalwood powder and blend water to make a paste. Apply the paste on your body and let it dry. Sandalwood makes your skin dry and diminishes sweat. It also kills odor causing germs. Besides, sandalwood has a beautiful and strong smell that keeps you invigorated throughout the day. Use it practically every day on your body to get rid of body odor.
